Exotic and Wild Animals Group
of the Student's Association of FMV-UL
FAUNA is an organization created by Veterinary Medicine students who are passionate about wildlife and exotic animal medicine.
Some of our main goals include:
The organization of educational activities that aim to enrich student's knowledge in the fields of Animal Conservation and Exotic Pet Medicine;
The promotion of the veterinarian's role in the medical areas mentioned before;
To support projects and scientific investigations that offer a contribution to several ecological sectors, such as Wildlife Conservation, Animal Welfare and Environmental Education.
