The FAUNA International Conference is an anual event organized by the board of the FAUNA group (one of the Student's Association groups of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Lisbon).
An event designed for students of Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Nursing, Biology, Animal Science, and other fields related to animal and environmental sciences. It is also open to anyone with an interest in these topics
During our last in-person edition in 2025, the conference attracted around 100 participants, who had the opportunity to learn from both national and international experts. That year, we hosted an impressive lineup of internationally renowned speakers, including Friederike Pohlin, Pablo Morón Elorza, Tony Nevin, María Casero, Teresa Lobo Fernandes, Rui Patrício and many more!
This year, we promise to continue bringing you inspiring speakers and exciting topics!
And we're going fully online, so you can watch all from the comfort of your own home!
There's no excuse not to join us!
